Cheryl Watson’s Tuning Letter is the proprietary, copyright property of the owner, Planet Mainframe. Accessing this material constitutes your agreement to abide by our published terms on www.planetmainframe.com.
You acknowledge and agree that use of the material is restricted to the authorized users at the location of the subscribed site and that you will not forward, share or otherwise transfer the material to unauthorized users or sites. If you require access to more than one site, a multi-site license is required. You also acknowledge and agree that user passwords cannot be shared.

Failure to abide by the Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy may result in immediate termination of the subscriber(s) access to Cheryl Watson’s Tuning Letter Electronic Subscription. In the event of such termination, there are no refunds. Planet Mainframe’s liability is limited to an amount equal to the price paid by the subscriber for their annual subscription. The laws of the state of Tennessee shall govern the validity, performance, and enforcement of this Contract. Any action brought in connection with this Contract shall be maintained in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Tennessee.

Terms and Conditions of Cheryl Watson’s Tuning Letter Electronic Subscription:
A yearly subscription to Cheryl Watson’s Tuning Letter provides four quarterly issues of Cheryl Watson’s Tuning Letter which can be accessed at the https://tuningletter.planetmainframe.com website which contains all issues of the Tuning Letter since its inception in 1991, as well as the current and past editions of Cheryl Watson’s CPU Chart.
The period of access for a yearly subscription commences at the start of the subscription period up to and including the release of the fourth quarter tuning letter pertaining to that one-year subscription period.
The annual subscription is considered automatically renewed unless Planet Mainframe receives written notification of cancellation no less than 30 days prior to the renewal date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any access of the Cheryl Watson’s Tuning Letter after the renewal date shall be considered explicit acceptance of the renewal.
Cheryl Watson’s Tuning Letter is anticipated to go out to subscribers in good standing as follows:

- Newsletter #3: November
- Newsletter #4: February
